The 1975 Teroldego Rotaliano Cavit is a beautifully aged expression of this indigenous Trentino grape. Over the years, it has developed a rich and complex profile, with aromas of dried dark fruits such as blackberries and plums, complemented by earthy notes of leather, tobacco, and subtle spices. The tannins, which can be firm in youth, have softened significantly, giving the wine a smooth, integrated texture. The acidity remains lively, ensuring balance and freshness despite the wine’s age.
