    Don PX Selección 1965 Magnum from Bodegas Toro Albalá is an extraordinary aged Pedro Ximénez, drawn from a historic vintage and bottled in an impressive 1.5L format. This wine was aged in seasoned oak casks for decades, undergoing a slow oxidative maturation process that built layer upon layer of complexity.     In the glass, it is almost pitch black with flashes of amber at the rim, and its texture is dense and syrupy.
