The 1975 Vino da Sera Manduria Fiore - Vinicola Udinese is a beautifully aged wine from the Puglia region, crafted primarily from the Primitivo grape, which is known for its rich and bold character. Over the years, it has developed a deep and complex profile with aromas of dried dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, complemented by earthy undertones of leather, tobacco, and spice. The tannins, once firm, have softened significantly with age, resulting in a smooth and velvety texture, while the acidity remains fresh, providing balance and structure.
