The 2008 Quinta Santa Luiz Vintage Port Wine comes from Kopke; the oldest port house. Established in 1638 by Nicolau Kopke and his son Cristiano, who came to Portugal as representatives of the Hanseatic League, the House has been run through the generations by several representatives of the Kopke family, obtaining an excellent reputation for its wines.
17,5 pts Wine Mag PT - Concentrated violet. The nose is floral, fresh, full of herbs, orange peel, lemon and ripe black fruit too. Powerful, citrus, bulky and with fine tannins but full.
