Description
This classic Barbaresco shows a brick-garnet core with soft amber highlights, reflecting its graceful maturity. On the nose, elegant aromas of dried red cherries, rose petal, subtle spice, and gentle earthy notes of leather and forest floor unfold. The palate is silky and harmonious, with softened tannins carrying flavours of candied cherry, orange zest, and delicate hints of truffle and cedar. The finish is long, layered, and refined, demonstrating the wine’s depth, finesse, and traditional Nebbiolo character.
Decanting: Stand the bottle upright for 24 hours to allow sediment to settle. Decant gently through a fine strainer and let it breathe for 1–2 hours. Serve at 16–18°C to fully enjoy its aromatic complexity and elegant structure.
