Description

This aged Barbaresco shows a deep brick-garnet core with amber highlights, reflecting its elegant maturity. On the nose, refined aromas of dried red berries, rose petal, sweet spice, and subtle leather intertwine with gentle earthy hints. The palate is silky and balanced, featuring softened tannins, flavours of candied cherry, orange zest, and hints of truffle and cedar. The finish is long, harmonious, and layered, revealing the wine’s nuanced complexity.

Decanting: Stand the bottle upright for 24 hours to allow sediment to settle. Decant carefully through a fine strainer and let it breathe for 1–2 hours. Serve at 16–18°C to fully enjoy its aromatics and structure.
