Description

This 1992 Barbaresco from the renowned Produttori del Barbaresco cooperative shows the graceful evolution of Nebbiolo from a cooler, traditional vintage. The bouquet is elegant and lifted, with aromas of dried cherry, rose, tar, truffle, and a touch of cedar and spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with finely resolved tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavours of dried red fruit, leather, and earthy minerality. The finish is long and savoury, marked by subtle notes of balsamic and forest floor.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at 17–18 °C (63–65 °F) after decanting for around 30–45 minutes to allow the mature bouquet to unfold. Perfect alongside braised beef, roast game, mushroom risotto, or aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Castelmagno.
