Description

This aged Barbera shows a deep ruby colour with garnet highlights, reflecting its graceful maturation. On the nose, it offers aromas of red cherries, plum, dried herbs, and subtle spice, with delicate tertiary notes of leather and tobacco emerging with air. The palate is smooth and elegant, with softened tannins supporting flavours of stewed red fruit, orange zest, and gentle earthy undertones. The finish is long and harmonious, revealing the wine’s refined character and vibrant acidity.

Decanting: Stand the bottle upright for 24 hours to allow sediment to settle. Decant gently through a fine strainer and let the wine breathe for 1–2 hours. Serve at 16–18°C to fully appreciate its complexity and elegance.
