Description
This Barbera shows a deep garnet hue with warm brick highlights. The nose opens with dried cherries, plum, and a touch of spice, alongside subtle leather and earthy notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and smooth, with softened tannins and flavours of stewed red fruit, finishing with a balanced, lingering elegance.
Decanting: Stand upright for 2–3 days to settle sediment. Decant carefully through a fine strainer, then allow 1–2 hours of gentle aeration before serving at 16–18°C. Fragile corks are common; strain any fragments during decanting.
