Barolo DOCG is one of Italy’s most iconic red wines, produced exclusively from the Nebbiolo grape in the prestigious hills of Piedmont. Mature vintages such as the 1986 reveal evolved aromas of dried roses, cherry, leather, tobacco, truffle, forest floor, balsamic notes, and sweet spices, supported by remarkable balance and persistence.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Barolo is best served at 18ºC. Older vintages should be decanted carefully to separate natural sediment and allow the wine to fully express its bouquet and complexity. After decanting, it is recommended to let the wine breathe gently before serving. Pair with braised beef, roasted meats, game dishes, truffle pasta, porcini mushroom risotto, and mature hard cheeses.
