This 2007 Bollinger Grand Annee Rose is a classic and refined with all the finesse and elegance one expects from the house of Bollinger. Red wine from 'La Côte aux Enfants' in Aÿ is added to the Grand Année to give this beautifully structured, complex, mature, biscuity rosé.

A salmon pink tint which is indicative of peaches, the Grand Annee Rose is principally charming champagne to observe. Its communicative palate involves notes of sweet red fruits, caramel and tangerine whilst including the deeper density of an alomost ‘nettly’undertone. An energetic nose conveyings scents of sweet strawberries, firm red fruits and blackberries. The lasting perfume of rose petals leads to a taste of complete elegance.
