Description

1995 Bordeaux was an excellent, structured vintage, particularly good for the Right Bank. The wines came out with firm tannins and plenty of fruit — many have aged very well.
’95 Saint-Émilion should be fully mature but still in its drinking window.

Colour: Deep garnet with a slight brick rim.
Nose: Black cherry, plum, cedar, and leather, layered with notes of tobacco, earth, and a hint of cocoa.
Palate: Silky texture, with softened tannins and balanced acidity. Flavours of ripe dark fruits, spice, and savoury truffle/forest floor lead into a long, elegant finish.
