The 2000 Burmester Vintage Port has come from the Burmester Cellars in Porto where it was cellared until purchased by us.

The Burmester 2000 Vintage Port is a rich, full-bodied wine with a deep ruby hue and complex aromas of dark fruits, cocoa, and sweet spices. On the palate, it offers velvety tannins, flavours of blackcurrants and dark chocolate, and a well-balanced sweetness with vibrant acidity. The finish is long and layered, showcasing dried fruits and a hint of minerality. This elegant vintage port pairs well with blue cheese or dark chocolate and has excellent aging potential.
