A lovely matured Cos, and the nose is just impeccable. Pure and clean, fruit still remains, mainly red fruits. The 89 Cos is a beauty in itself and drinks wonderfully, old leather, cigar smoke and mushroom are very comforting. What a nice wrap up to an enjoyable dinner with delicious food and beautiful wines from Cos.
