This vintage has turned out better than initially expected. The 1967 Chateau Grand Puy Lacoste has a deep garnet/ruby colour with a cedary bouquet intermixed with currants, earth, and compost. This medium-bodied wine has noticeable richness and depth, as well as some firm tannins.
