Côtes du Rhône 1966 Thorin is a historic red wine from the Rhône Valley, France, produced by the traditional winery Thorin. This bottling represents a classic mid-1960s Côtes du Rhône, crafted from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre in a traditional style for moderate to long-term aging and gradual development of tertiary aromas.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet-brick color with amber highlights. Aromas of dried red cherry, plum, leather, tobacco, black pepper, and subtle earthy spice.
Medium-bodied palate with softened tannins, balanced acidity, and elegant structure. Long finish with tertiary notes of dried fruit, herbs, and forest floor nuances.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve at 16–18°C, with gentle decanting only if sediment is present.
