The 1982 Pernand-Vergelesses from Doudet-Naudin, a respected Burgundy négociant, is a red wine from Pinot Noir from the Pernand-Vergelesses appellation in the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy, France.

Tasting Profile:
Expect evolved notes of dried cherries, forest floor, mushrooms, and hints of spice and leather. After four decades, the wine may be delicate with soft tannins.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Carefully decant if sediment is present and serve red slightly chilled at 16°C. Pair with roast poultry, wild mushrooms, or aged cheeses.
