Description

This is a late bottled vintage Port. Macerated black fruits and figs, covered in a thin layer of chocolate. Rich, full bodied, but quite forward and fruit dominated on the palate. A lovely texture, quite creamy and sweet, to match this fruit. Some powerful tannins in the background, although these really do play a minor role, only showing on the finish.
