Description
This wine has red fruits with a hint of smoke and oak on the nose, and some spice thrown in. On the palate, the oakiness is not quite so evident, giving way to moderate dark fruits and notes of cherries and prunes. A medium finish with some notes of black pepper and earth coming through. After all this time, this wine still holds its own and drinks well.
