Description

This rare 1979 Port from Niepoort is a lovely tawny colour with a little greenish tinge on the rim. Wonderfully dry citrus fruit hints, smoky flavours and orange peel in the nose. Dark orange chocolate, butterscotch on the palate. Rich and citrus, elegant, very well structured with a fresh, firm concentration and great length. A superb wine.
