Description

The 2006 vintage benefited from ideal conditions for botrytis development, resulting in concentrated flavours layered with honeyed richness and bright acidity.

The bouquet is lifted and complex, revealing rich honeyed fruit, lemon marmalade and dried apricot, with subtle spice and citrus peel weaving through the aromatics. Classic botrytis characters provide depth and intrigue.

On the palate this wine is lusciously sweet yet beautifully balanced by natural acidity. Flavours of ripe tropical fruit, lemon sherbet, honey and toffee glide across the palate, finishing with a clean, lingering sweetness and citrus.

Serve lightly chilled (10–12 °C)
