Rosso di Montalcino DOC 1990 Secaia Fassati is a historic red wine from Tuscany, Italy, produced by the traditional winery Secaia Fassati. This bottling represents a classic early-1990s Rosso di Montalcino, crafted from Sangiovese with a focus on elegance, balance, and moderate aging potential.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet color with brick reflections. Aromas of red cherry, plum, dried herbs, leather, and subtle earthy spice.
Medium-bodied palate with softened tannins, lively acidity, and refined structure. Long, elegant finish with hints of dried fruit, forest floor, and gentle balsamic undertones.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve at 16–18°C. Decanting is optional, mainly to separate any sediment.
