Tasting Notes
These vintages are bottled at the alcohol level in which they naturally come out of the cask. There is a wonderful contrast between the sweet and sour flavours of wood, amplified by the strong alcoholic degree. Rich palate feeling the alcohol and the concentration of dry plums, spicy with persistent flavour of rancio and of spices, but round, soft and long in the finish.

Serving & Food Pairing
Armagnac is traditionally enjoyed neat, allowing you to fully appreciate its complexity. However, it can be paired with a variety of cheeses like Roquefort, Comté, high quality dark chocolate, caramel-based desserts and roasted or candied nuts.

Maison Ryst-Dupeyron, a prestigious Armagnac house in Gascony, France, has a rich history dating back to 1832. After a devastating fire destroyed their cellars in 1904, they discovered that barrels hidden in nearby vineyards had exceptional qualities. This led to the creation of "Armagnac de terroir," or "Armagnac of the land," which showcases the family's resilience and commitment to producing exceptional Armagnac.

How to store your Armagnac
