A robust Chianti from Podere Capaccia. The vineyard is located in Toscana IGT and the wine is made from Sangiovese grapes.
The wine has undergone 6 months ageing in steel tanks, followed by 12-14 months ageing in Barriques. A final 18 months is spent ageing in the bottle before being released for sale.
