This 1974 wine is a Late Bottled Vintage Port style. As the name implies, this is a port that has had some ageing in cask for approximately 7 years prior to being released. You should expect aromas of cranberries and currants alongside fig and milk chocolate notes. On the palate it should be sweet with a balancing acidity and a smooth velvety mouthfeel. This port will need decanting to enjoy at its best.
