Spada - Firmus, Veneto
This wine is made from grapes harvested in various vineyards located on hills in the Valpolicella zone (Mezzane and Tregnago hills). Barolo, 2015
Elio Grasso, Piedmont Riserva Rüncot ***97 Points- Robert Parker's Wine Advocate***
Barolo is known as the 'king of wines' and is made from the Nebbiolo grape. Heady aromas of rose, leather, vanilla, cherry, pepper, cranberry, strawberry. Fruits are perfectly knitted with the tannins and acidity. It's a powerful wine but remarkably subtle. Don't underestimate it and certainly serve it with food to show at it's best. Nebbiolo has naturally high tannins and acidity, so it will take on full-flavoured, rich foods no problem at all.
Grape: Nebbiolo
First vintage: 1995

Gigi Rosso 2014 Barolo Riserva dell’Ulivo – Arione, Piedmont
From the revered vineyards of Arione in Serralunga d’Alba, Gigi Rosso’s 2014 Riserva dell’Ulivo embodies the grace and endurance of traditional Barolo. Crafted only in select years and aged extensively in oak casks and bottle, this Riserva represents the pinnacle of the estate’s Nebbiolo production — a wine of profound depth, elegance, and terroir-driven authenticity. La Spinetta - Barolo Campè, Piedmont
"This opens with aromas of toasted oak, weedy underbrush, crushed dill and a whiff of camphor. The firm palate is on the lean side, evoking tobacco leaf, star anise, powdered sage, oak and roasted coffee bean but it lacks fruit. Drying astringent tannins grip the close. " - Kerin O’Keefe

Massolino - Barolo Riserva - Vigna Rionda, Piedmont *** 97 Points- Wine Advocate ***
Vigna Rionda is a unique Barolo, impossible to describe in just a few lines and hard to compare with others, even those from the Serralunga area. A wine capable of complexity, longevity and structure, which come together with unparalleled elegance. A little patience is required for it to reach its full potential, which is why it stays in our cellars until its sixth year, the only wine in our range to do so, when it is released as a Riserva.
We recommend decanting and serving at a temperature of 18-20°C.
