Presented in Grahams Gift Box
***93 Points- James Suckling***
The 2015 Graham's Vintage Port Wine comes from a limited release of 400 cases from The Symington family's Stone Terraces vineyards, which occupy just 2.9 hectares of its iconic Quinta dos Malvedos, of which the total area under vine is 90 hectares. Acquired in 1890, this property is acknowledged to be in one of the Upper Douro Valley’s most favourable sites. It has been the source of some of the greatest Vintage Ports ever made. The Stone Terraces vineyard at Quinta dos Malvedos produced an extraordinary wine in 2015. The grapes were picked by hand over the weekend of the 12th/13th of September, a couple of days before substantial rain fell across the Douro Valley, and were subsequently fermented in lagares at the estate’s own small winery. …

BIOMA Vinha Velha, Douro MAGNUM ** 95 Points- Wine Advocate ** ***19/20 Points-(JH) Jancis Robinson.com***
This 2015 Bioma “Vinha Velha”, Vintage Port Wine from Niepoort is a single vineyard Vintage Port from aged vines at Vinha da Pisca (mostly + 80 years old), which is cultivated organically. A hot site, which produces impressive tannins, it formed the backbone of Niepoort Vintage Ports for many years. However, the best parcels were set aside for this wine in 2013, 2011, 2009, 2008 and (known then as Pisca) in 2007. Like Niepoort Vintage Port, Bioma was 100% foot trodden with 100% stems. It was then aged in pipes (550 litre)and will be bottled in the third year after the harvest (2018) which, says Niepoort, is what happened in the “old days” when wines were shipped to England in pipes, and bottled later. …

2015 Vintage Port Wine from Quinta do Noval
“I am delighted to announce the declaration of the Quinta do Noval 2015 Vintage Port. As is well known, a Quinta do Noval declaration cannot be categorised according to the traditional distinction between a full declaration and a single quinta declaration, for the simple reason that all our greatest wines are wines from a single quinta, the great vineyard of Quinta do Noval. Whenever we decide to declare a Quinta do Noval Vintage Port, we are clearly saying that this is a great wine that deserves to bear the Quinta do Noval label.

***19/20 Points- Jancis Robinson.com***
The 2015 Vintage Port Wine from Ramos Pinto has been described as, "A wine with attractive aromas, fruit and rockrose, a good body with a long peppery finish. A Vintage which will age for many years." (Ana Rosas, Master Blender)
2015 was an excellent year in the Douro, with a very dry growing season and lower than average rainfall. A dry winter was followed by an atypically warm spring, allowing grapes to ripen fully in time for harvest in late August.

White Port
75cl Bottle
Exclusive to Vintage Wine and Port
Palmer White Port 2014
A youthful, vintage-dated White Port that marries bright orchard-fruit purity with the first shades of cask-aged complexity. Palmer 2014 opens with orange blossom and lemon peel over white peach and golden apple, threaded by acacia honey and a whisper of vanilla and blanched almond. In the glass it shows a luminous deep gold, clear and viscous.
The palate is medium-sweet and poised, carried by lively, mouth-watering acidity. Citrus oils and stone-fruit—peach and apricot—sit at the core, layered with honeyed nougat and gentle baking spice from time in old oak. A subtle saline snap keeps the wine precise and refreshing, leading to a long, tapering finish of orange zest, almond cream and a light cedar echo. …

Quinta do Noval, 2014
Vintage Port, Douro
Just 1000 cases declared by Quinta do Noval
Managing Director Christian Seely:
“I am extremely happy to be able to release Quinta do Noval Vintage Port 2014.
We continue to follow our slightly eccentric path at Quinta do Noval. The fundamental principle for us is that if we have a wine that we believe is of the quality and personality required to be bottled as a Quinta do Noval Vintage, then we should bottle it and declare it, whether or not we declared a Vintage the year before, and even if the quantity of wine involved is very small. This led us to declare very small amounts of Quinta do Noval Vintage Port in 2012, 2013, even after the generally declared year of 2011. …
