Tasting Notes:

Medium body, soft tannins, still-present acidity. Smooth, gently fading finish.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve at 16–18°C, with light decanting if needed.

Pairs with roasted meats, braised dishes, pasta with rich sauces, mushroom recipes, and semi-aged cheeses.

Producer:
Bersano is a historic Piedmontese winery founded in Nizza Monferrato, known for traditional Barbera d’Asti production and long-standing regional winemaking heritage.
