Barolo DOCG 1987 Marchesi di Barolo is a historic red wine from Piedmont, Italy, produced by Marchesi di Barolo in the Langhe area. This bottle represents a traditional expression of Nebbiolo, aged for long periods to develop complexity and elegance over decades.

Tasting Notes:
Brick-garnet color with orange reflections. Aromas of dried rose petals, cherry, leather, tobacco, tar, licorice, and forest floor, with subtle spicy and earthy notes.
Elegant and mature palate with softened tannins, balanced acidity, and layered tertiary complexity. Long, persistent finish with balsamic and smoky nuances.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve at 16–18°C, with gentle decanting if necessary.
