Appearance:

Rich, silky and fully mature, displaying flavours of candied citrus, apricot preserve and baked peach supported by notes of acacia honey, toffee and gentle nuttiness. The sweetness is balanced by Barsac’s characteristic freshness and mineral lift, giving the wine elegance despite its concentration. Mature botrytis complexity adds depth and texture throughout.
