A 2003 vintage bordeaux wine from Château Caronne St Gemme. Good Haut Medoc property, situated just south of Chateau Lagrange on the fringe of St Julien commune.
The wine is pale red in colour, fading to garnet. On the nose mainly red fruit, leather, tobacco and earth. On the palate black cherry, plum and vanilla. The tannins are smooth and the acidity is balanced. This wine has a medium finish.
