Chianti DOCG 1997 Brianti Uniti is a mature Tuscan red wine produced in Italy under the Chianti DOCG denomination. This bottling represents a traditional Sangiovese-based expression from one of the most acclaimed Tuscan vintages of the 1990s, crafted for elegant bottle evolution and long aging potential.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby-garnet color with brick-orange reflections. Aromas of dried cherry, red currant, violet, leather, tobacco, cedar, and sweet spice, with subtle earthy and balsamic nuances.
Smooth and mature palate with softened tannins, lively acidity, and balanced structure. Persistent finish with notes of dried fruit, herbs, and forest floor complexity.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve at 16–18°C, with gentle decanting if needed.

Pairs well with roasted meats, bistecca alla fiorentina, pasta with ragù, mushroom dishes, aged pecorino, game, and traditional Tuscan cuisine.
