Description

The 1999 La Dame from Chateau montose is a deep ruby, some edge fading. Nose of medium intensity with dark berry aromas, and pepper spices. Some bite from the tannins, mouthwatering acids, and quite a weight on the palate, with flavours of ripe blackberry, dark florals, grass, black pepper, cloves and nutmeg. Good classic St Estephe flavours.
