Description

On the nose, Sentinels 2024 reveals intense aromas of blackberry, cassis and black plum, layered with wild herbs, violets and subtle hints of spice. As the wine opens, additional notes of dark chocolate and liquorice emerge, adding complexity and depth.

The palate is rich and powerful, with dense dark fruit supported by firm yet polished tannins. A vibrant thread of acidity provides energy and definition, carrying the wine through to a long, focused finish. The balance between fruit, structure and freshness is particularly impressive.

Taylor’s was founded in 1692 and is regarded as one of the world’s greatest Vintage Port houses. This wine is offered En Primeur, meaning you are purchasing it early, before it is released for general sale. By securing your allocation now, you guarantee access to the vintage, with delivery at a later date once the wine has been bottled and shipped to the UK.
The price shown is In Bond, which means it excludes UK alcohol duty and VAT. These taxes will become payable when the wine is withdrawn from bond, or if it is delivered for home consumption.
Please note that we do not offer in-bond storage. You will need to have an approved bonded storage facility in place, and the wine will be transferred to your nominated account upon arrival (transfer fees apply).
