Château Sisqueille Rivesaltes

Produced in the Roussillon region of southern France, Château Sisqueille Rivesaltes is a traditional Vin Doux Naturel, crafted from sun-ripened grapes and fortified to preserve natural sweetness while retaining freshness and balance. Extended ageing allows the wine to develop richness and complexity, while maintaining the vibrant character typical of Rivesaltes.

Tasting Notes:
Deep amber in colour with golden highlights, the nose reveals inviting aromas of dried apricot, orange peel and honeyed nuts, intertwined with notes of caramel and gentle spice. On the palate it is smooth and rounded, offering flavours of candied citrus, raisin and toasted almond. A balancing thread of acidity prevents any heaviness, leading to a warm, lingering finish with subtle hints of toffee and dried fruit.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Best served lightly chilled. A fine accompaniment to crème brûlée, fruit tarts, blue cheeses or pâté. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a comforting after-dinner wine.
