• Toro Albala Fino del Lagar En Rama 10 Year
Straw-like yellow with golden and greenish reflections. On the nose, intense and piercing almond, hazelnut and bread crumbs. Moreover, fresh vegetable, hay and olive notes with a smoked and toasted character from the American oak in addition to liquorice notes. Dry and mouth-filling entry on the palate, with a silky texture. Persistent finish that leads to an eternal salinity. Ideal as appetizer or as accompaniment to oysters, hams and Iberian pork hams.

Reasonably solid in the mid-palate, the most important issue here is its fine combo of depth, finesse and freshness. It handles its oak beautifully and it finishes with just a bit of steel. The concentration is subtle but it is real enough. Juicy and tasty lemon, apricot and peach will refresh your palate and cry out for charcuterie and light bites throughout the day.
• Quinta da Devesa Rosé 2022
Produced from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, this presents a clean nose, with berry notes and a hint of forest fruits. The palate is balanced and smooth, with a very pleasant finish. An all-weather Rose whose crunchy red berry flavours will indulge even the pickiest of guests. Great with soft cheeses and fresh salads or just solo.

Made entirely from organically farmed grapes of a combination of several traditional Douro grape varieties sourced from the Symington family’s Douro Valley vineyards.
