Description

Bodegas Toro Albalá's Miut L'Assemblage 2020 represents a thoughtful blend of grape varieties, showcasing the winery's expertise beyond its renowned sherries. This still wine offers a rich, balanced, and enjoyable tasting experience, reflecting the unique terroir of the Montilla-Moriles region. It's an excellent choice for those looking to explore Spanish wines with a distinct character and complexity.

Tasting Notes
Pale lemon colour with golden hues. Being a dry white wine that fuses the terroir of the Sierra de Montilla with that of Moriles, we find a freshness on the nose. Notes of stone fruit and apple, typical of the Sierra. On the palate it is dry, complex and elegant with the oak well integrated but not overpowering.

Serving and Pairing
Serve slightly chilled around 12-14°C. Versatile with food, Miut L'Assemblage pairs well with a range of dishes, including grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and hearty stews. It also complements Spanish cuisine, such as tapas and paella.
