Description
The 2018 Pouilly Fuisee from Bouchard Pere et Fils is gold with green tints. Elegant, fairly reticent, with flowery, vegetal undertones and minerality enlivened with a honey note.
This dense white shows apricot, citronella and butterscotch flavors, revealing an underlying mineral element. Creamy and concentrated, with a long finish. Shows terrific harmony and finesse in the end.
