A fairly strong wine from a weak vintage. This wine benefits from about 2 hours decanting to allow the nose to open up into an excellent example of aged CdP. Light in colour, and decent colour at the rim, no true bricking. Complex, with the black fruits playing lead and the usual Rhone notes playing a background note. Long, long finish. A solid wine.
