Description

Crusted Port is a very small category, named because of the 'crust' of sediment that it forms in the bottle.

Smith Woodhouse is produced from very fine, rich and full bodied wines from well reputed Quintas. Crusted Port is matured in casks for three years and subsequently bottle without any filtration. The wine is then aged for a further three years in bottle prior to being offered for sale. The bottle maturation lends this Port its superb balance, complexity and style.
