Description

This 1997 red wine from Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes was named after a traditional dance performed during the harvest. It is produced in Umbria, in the Trasimeno lake area. The aromas are spicy with hints of red jam, licorice and chocolate with good concentration and harmonious tannins on the palate. It is perfect with pasta, risotto, white or red roasted meats, freshwater fish, cheese.
