Chateau Suduiraut, 1983

Sauternes 1er Cru Classe

The 1983 Chateau Suduiraut has scored an outstanding average of 91 points on Cellar Tracker.

The 1983 Chateau Suduiraut is.. "dark, unctuous amber. Aroma of marmalade, passion fruit, canned pineapple and dried mango. Medium full body, medium acidity and high sweetness. Palate entry of intense marmalade and mint, followed by mid-palate with passionfruit, dried mango, sweet pineapple and seedless clementine. Long finish with butterscotch, lychee, dried apricot, thyme and clove. Mouth coating Sauternes with tropical fruits and great acidity to balance with the unctuous sweetness.
