Who here likes wasps? I know I don’t… but I also can’t dislike them, because without wasps where would we be? In a world of less painful summers, true, but also a world of less quaffable wine.

Chianti is one of Italy’s most notable wine regions and sits in Tuscany, a region of central Italy along the Tyrrhenian coast. The area is well-known for its lovely wines – usually made primarily with the Sangiovese grape, much like Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile de Montepulciano.
