This Rioja from the famous Marquis de Riscal estate has aged gracefully into a classic old Rioja, with a garnet and mahogany colour, mellow aromas of coffee, leather and saddle leather, and a long, elegant and drying finish.Some tinges of brown around the edges of the meniscus. Thin pink-red. The nose was sweet and floral.
