The 2001 Amarone from Le Arche has evolved into a mature, smooth Amarone. Mushrooms and earth, dried figs, cherries, sweet tobacco and hint of oregano on the nose. Cherries, figs and port flavours on the palate. Warming but not disturbing alcohol.
