Barons de Rothschild Lafite Réserve Spéciale comes to you from the same team responsible for Château Lafite Rothschild itself, a name "synonymous with wealth, prestige, history, respect and remarkable wines" (Robert Parker). Winemaker Charles Chevalierdeveloped this exclusive cuvée from grapes were sourced from selected vineyards across Bordeaux. Whilst the wine does not have the same richness and sophistication as Château Lafite, it certainly promises the Rothschild uncompromising stamp of quality.With deep colour, classic structure and unusually ripe flavours, this is classic claret to serve with roast beef, duck or T-bone steak.
