Soft mousse - lightly bubbly. Slight gold color. Delicate nose of yeast and bread. Very good depth on the fruit with more bread/biscuit with a hint of citrus and mushroom. Soft acid. Medium finish with good depth and complexity. Outstanding with fresh Oysters. Very elegant.
