Description

On the nose aromas of roses, tar and truffle. On the palate this wine was really beautiful, with very nice acidity, full body and if you were really looking for them, you could still detect some tannins in the back. Very hidden, but still there.
Biondi Santi reserva wines should be opened (but not decanted) about 6 hours prior to serving. Then double decanted.
