This second wine, produced by Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, is strongly characterised by its high proportion of Merlot. At the same time, the cabernet sauvignon gives the wine its structure and very “Pauillac” character. It is also very fruity, with lovely precision on the palate.
