This second wine, produced by Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, is strongly characterised by its high proportion of Merlot. At the same time, the cabernet sauvignon gives the wine its structure and very “Pauillac” character. It is also very fruity, with lovely precision on the palate. This is a particularly delightful wine, with a wonderful structure and fine, elegant tannins. A perfect introduction to the mythical domaine of Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande.

Château Pichon Longueville Lalande, situated in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux, France, is renowned for its prestigious history and exceptional red wines. With origins dating back to the 17th century, the estate's vineyards cover approximately 89 hectares, primarily planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes.
