Description

The nose is attractive with dried orange peel, more fruit concentration than the 1966 with ripe blackberry, hedgerow and a touch of violets. The palate is medium-bodied, lacking the vigour and vivacity of the previous bottle but with good acidity. Briary, redcurrant and leather towards the finish.

Condition

Bin-soiled, stained and damaged labels. Low fill level, excluded from guarantee.
